Avs re-sign Liles, Foote TheFourthPeriod.com
According to TSN, the Colorado Avalanche has re-signed unrestricted free agent defensemen John-Michael Liles and Adam Foote.
Liles has agreed to terms on a four-year contract worth just over $4 million per season, while Foote received a two-year, $6 million deal.
Liles, 28, registered six goals and 26 assists for 32 points in 81 games with the Avalanche last season.
In 313 career games, Liles has accumulated 44 goals and 115 assists.
Foote, 36, was re-acquired by the Avalanche at the trade deadline from the Columbus Blue Jackets. He scored one goals and added 15 assists for 16 points with both teams last season.
In 998 career games, Foote has accumulated 65 goals and 219 assists.
