Sabres re-sign Gaustad

The Buffalo Sabres have re-signed forward Paul Gaustad to a four-year, $9.2 million contract.

Gaustad played in 82 games with the Sabres last season and notched 10 goals and 26 assists for 36 points.

In 215 career NHL games, Gaustad has accumulated 28 goals and 54 assists.

He was originally drafted by the Sabres in the seventh-round (220th overall) of the 2000 NHL Entry Draft.
